🏢 Apple Developer Program Enrollment for Organizations

To distribute apps on the App Store, your organization must enroll in the Apple Developer Program. Follow these steps to complete the enrollment process.

1. Prerequisites

Before enrolling, ensure your organization meets the following requirements:

  • A D-U-N-S® Number: A unique identifier for businesses issued by Dun & Bradstreet. You can check or request one here.
  • Legal entity status (e.g., LLC, Inc., etc.). Apple does not accept DBAs, fictitious businesses, or branches.
  • A legal authority to sign agreements on behalf of your organization.
  • An Apple ID with two-factor authentication enabled.

2. Enrollment Process

  1. Sign in at Apple Developer Program Enrollment using your Apple ID.
  2. Select "Enroll as an Organization."
  3. Provide your organization’s legal name, D‑U‑N‑S Number, address, and phone number.
  4. Enter your work email (not a personal email domain like @gmail.com).

🚀 App Submission to App Store (App Store Connect)

Once you have an active Apple Developer Program membership, you can submit your app through App Store Connect.

1. Prepare for Submission

Before submitting your app, ensure the following:

  • The app is built and archived using Xcode, and uploaded via Xcode or Transporter.
  • Your app’s metadata (name, description, screenshots, etc.) is ready.
  • App version and build have been created in App Store Connect.

2. Submit for Review

  1. Sign in to App Store Connect.
  2. Select your app > Prepare for Submission.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • App name
    • Description
    • Screenshots (by device type)
    • Version number and build

    • App privacy policy URL
  4. Under Build, select the appropriate uploaded build.
